I don’t really keep track of calories xD so I don’t really know. But just bread with healthy stuff on it (like lettuce, tomato, cheese, ham etc) Or you can just eat fruit. I’m not really a luch kind of girl xD I always forget to bring stuff. But here on tumblr you can find all kinds of healthy recicpies.. Just search the tags :) |

squats, running, wall sits.. whatever. It’s all about how you are doing it and how much. It’s all a myth that you get instantly bulky from ‘hard’ workouts. It’s all about moderation. |
